OutDo Assistants LTD - Terms of Service Effective Date: January 1st 2023
1. Acceptance of TermsWelcome to OutDo Assistants LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our assistant services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Service Plans and BillingOutDo Assistants LTD offers three service plans found on https://www.outdoassistant.com/pricing Billing occurs monthly and is automatically charged to the payment method you provide upon signup. Payment is due within 5 days of the billing period.
3. Upgrading, Downgrading, and CancellationYou have the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan on a month-to-month basis. Changes made before the end of the current billing cycle will take effect from the next billing cycle. To make changes to your plan, you must notify us at
hello@outdoassistants.com within 14 days of the next billing period.
4. Cancellation PolicyIf you choose to cancel your plan mid-month, you will be required to complete payment for the current month, and your cancellation will be effective from the following month. No refunds will be issued for the current month in which the cancellation occurs.
5. Replacement of Operational AssistantIn the event that you are not satisfied with your Operational Assistant, OutDo Assistants LTD will make its best effort to replace them with another qualified person. If the replacement Operational Assistant does not meet the required standard, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the current active billing month.
6. PaymentAll fees are payable in the currency specified and are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of such taxes, levies, or duties. Payment is due within 5 days of the billing period.
7. PrivacyWe respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the
Privacy Policy.
8. Use of ServicesYou agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not use our Services in any way that may harm, disrupt, or infringe upon the rights of others.
9. Intellectual PropertyThe content and materials provided through our Services are protected by intellectual property rights, and you agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without our written consent.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, OutDo Assistants LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.
11. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
